I purchased the C5 Pro in March through a pre-order. The company promised delivery by mid-June, but in July, I was informed that it might arrive in October. I decided to cancel my order upon noticing that many customers who had ordered in July through platforms like Amazon, Ticktock Shop, and Ali-Express were receiving their machines promptly and enjoying the discounts that were allegedly reserved for pre-orders. In summary, I feel that Flashforge held onto my payment for several months without delivering the product, which has led to my dissatisfaction. I have significant concerns about their business practices.
